Miscellaneous digital pictures from the third quarter of 2005. No film pictures are included this time.
Fountain in Portsmouth. One of the lights was out, too. This would presumably have benefitted from the wider range of film; you can see the yellow spot being washed out. However, digital was what I had.
Wallpaper? Enquire about other sizes.
I've taken dozens of versions of what is basically this picture. Maybe eventually I'll find the platonic ideal of it and stop.
I don't think this one is it either.
but I think THIS one might be perfect for what it is.
This is the bug my old camera developed. It's a pretty cool effect, though, isn't it? I mean, assuming you weren't expecting a picture.
See the digital problems again? Half the picture is solid white and the other half is solid black.
This time it works, though. I like this picture in High Contrast.
I call this "Colorblind People Go Boating".
It's a touch decision between this one and 5508, but I think I probably prefer this one. The plane does it for me.
Good concept, but needs better execution.
Lonesome Lake, Franconia Notch State Park, NH.
Words fail me.
I want to put a french press here and a duct tape it to an LP, and then call it "Bench Press Record Holder".
Queen Ant's Lace. ;)
Tim Anderson may have No Real Life, but he has a fucking awesome boat.
Rooves are very convenient.
I could put together a gallery just of pictures of this fountain; I have enough.
Nashua St. Park
The fountain runs only in the summer, and is on for 6 minutes and then off for 10, until midnight.
In a way it's quite a scenic area.
Mount Monadnock, I believe.
Yes, I still like the orange barrels. Shut up.
Wallpaper?
Great Brook Farm State Park
Autofocus couldn't handle this one at all; it kept finding something in front of what I wanted.
Nashua St. Park revisited at night.
I like the light on this.
View of Boston
I've seen a better version of this picture, but it's not mine.
Arlington Town Day
Maybe. I'm not sure about this one.
I'm pretty sure I took this picture last year, too.
